Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANKS6, a gene encoding a protein involved in various cellular processes, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various physiological and pathological conditions. Research into ANKS6 recombinant protein has primarily focused on understanding its role in cellular signaling, particularly in relation to cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The protein is known to interact with multiple signaling pathways, which suggests it might play a critical role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and influencing tumorigenesis. Additionally, studies indicate that ANKS6 may be involved in processes such as neural development and synaptic plasticity, making it a candidate for investigation in neurodevelopmental disorders. As the molecular mechanisms governing these interactions become clearer, the therapeutic potential of targeting ANKS6 in disease models is being explored, particularly in cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Moreover, generating recombinant forms of ANKS6 allows researchers to study its function in detail and assess its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. The ongoing research aims not only to elucidate the biological functions of ANKS6 but also to unravel its complex interactions within the cellular milieu, highlighting its significance in health and disease.
