Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Sph (sphingosine) recombinant proteins have garnered significant attention in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology due to their pivotal role in various cellular processes and signaling pathways. Sphingolipids, including sphingosine, are essential components of cell membranes and are involved in regulating cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. The study of Sph and its associated signaling mechanisms has revealed their involvement in several pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and cardiovascular disorders. The ability to produce Sph recombinant proteins has facilitated the investigation of their functional roles and interactions within biological systems. Moreover, advances in biotechnology and protein engineering have enabled the generation of modified Sph proteins with altered properties, providing valuable tools for therapeutic applications. Researchers are exploring the potential of these recombinant proteins in drug development, as they may serve as novel targets for pharmacological intervention. Overall, the investigation of Sph recombinant proteins is crucial for understanding their biological significance and therapeutic potential in treating various diseases, establishing a foundation for future innovations in biomedical research.
