Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CIB4 (calcium and integrin-binding protein 4) is a member of the CIB family, known for its roles in calcium signaling and cellular interactions. Research into CIB4 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in various physiological and pathological processes, including angiogenesis, immune responses, and cell adhesion. This protein's ability to bind calcium suggests that it may serve as a crucial regulator in cellular signaling pathways, influencing processes such as cell proliferation and differentiation. Moreover, CIB4 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to tumor progression and metastasis through modulation of integrin signaling and cell-to-cell communication. Understanding the structural and functional properties of CIB4 is essential for elucidating its biological roles and developing potential therapeutic strategies. Recombinant CIB4 proteins are increasingly used in studies to investigate their interactions with other molecules and to explore their structural characteristics. By expressing CIB4 in a controlled recombinant system, researchers can study its function in detail, paving the way for innovative approaches to modulate its activity in disease contexts. As the field of protein science advances, the characterization and potential therapeutic applications of CIB4 continue to be a focus of research, with the aim of uncovering new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying health and disease.
