Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AKNA is a novel and pivotal member of the human transcription factor family, primarily involved in various biological processes, including immune response and cell differentiation. Recent studies highlight the importance of AKNA in modulating gene expression, particularly in immune cells, where it influences the balance between pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines. This dual role makes AKNA a significant focus in research related to autoimmune diseases, allergies, and cancer immunotherapy. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of AKNA is crucial for deciphering its mechanisms of action. The recombinant protein studies aim to provide insights into the protein's interaction with DNA and other regulatory proteins, facilitating the development of potential therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, advances in protein engineering have enabled researchers to manipulate AKNA for enhanced stability and functionality. Overall, the study of AKNA and its recombinant forms is paving the way for novel approaches in treating immune-related disorders and improving the efficacy of immunotherapeutic strategies.
