Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Research on the SAFB (scaffold attachment factor B) recombinant protein has gained significant interest in recent years due to its critical role in various cellular processes, including gene regulation, RNA metabolism, and cell proliferation. SAFB acts as a transcriptional co-regulator and is involved in the structural organization of chromatin, playing a vital role in the regulation of gene expression. Recent studies have highlighted the involvement of SAFB in various diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to tumorigenesis by affecting the expression of oncogenes and tumor suppressors. The ability to produce SAFB as a recombinant protein opens avenues for in-depth functional studies, allowing researchers to dissect its molecular mechanisms, interactions with other proteins, and its impact on cellular pathways. Furthermore, understanding the structure and function of SAFB at the molecular level may reveal potential therapeutic targets for diseases influenced by its dysregulation. This research not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for the development of novel strategies in disease intervention and treatment. The growing body of work surrounding SAFB emphasizes the importance of this protein in both basic biology and its application in medical research, underscoring its relevance in the quest for targeted therapies.
