Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACTRT1 (Actin Cytoskeleton Regulating Protein 1) is a member of the actin-binding protein family, playing a vital role in regulating cytoskeletal dynamics and cell motility. Its significance has been underscored in various physiological processes, including cellular signaling, movement, and shape maintenance. Recent studies have highlighted ACTRT1's involvement in developmental processes and its potential role in cancer progression, where alterations in actin dynamics can lead to enhanced tumor cell invasiveness. Researchers are increasingly focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which ACTRT1 influences actin filament organization and cellular architecture. Additionally, understanding the interaction between ACTRT1 and other cytoskeletal proteins could reveal critical insights into its regulatory functions. The need for recombinant ACTRT1 protein arises in this context, enabling the exploration of its biochemical properties and interactions in vitro. This protein can be utilized in various applications, including structural studies, drug discovery, and potential therapeutic interventions. With advancements in protein expression systems, producing high-purity ACTRT1 will facilitate a more profound understanding of its roles in health and disease, potentially leading to novel approaches in treating conditions linked to cytoskeletal dysfunction.
