Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOXE3 (Forkhead box E3) is a pivotal transcription factor that plays a critical role in the development and function of various tissues, particularly in the thyroid and lens of the eye. Research has shown that FOXE3 is essential for the proper regulation of genes involved in thyroid hormone production and eye lens transparency. Mutations or dysregulations in the FOXE3 gene have been linked to congenital hypothyroidism and specific eye disorders, including cataracts. The recombinant FOXE3 protein serves as a vital tool for studying its functional mechanisms in both developmental biology and disease pathogenesis. Through techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce FOXE3 in controlled laboratory settings, allowing for in-depth analysis of its interactions with other proteins and its role in gene expression regulation. This recombinant approach facilitates the exploration of FOXE3's potential as a therapeutic target, aiming to develop interventions for diseases stemming from its dysfunction. Overall, the study of FOXE3 and its recombinant protein forms a crucial area of research with implications for understanding thyroid and ocular health.
