Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DGKq, a member of the diacylglycerol kinase (DGK) family, plays a pivotal role in cellular signaling by converting diacylglycerol (DAG) to phosphatidic acid, thus modulating several downstream signaling pathways, including those related to cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. This enzyme is particularly interesting due to its involvement in various physiological processes and diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Research has shown that DGKq can influence the immune response as well as the inflammatory process, making it a potential therapeutic target for immune-related diseases. The study of DGKq recombinant proteins has garnered attention as it provides insights into the enzyme's structure-function relationship and its regulatory mechanisms. By producing and characterizing recombinant DGKq, researchers aim to elucidate its biochemical properties, substrate specificity, and the impact of post-translational modifications on its activity. Furthermore, such studies can pave the way for the development of specific inhibitors or modulators, which could have significant implications in disease treatment. Overall, DGKq reconstitution offers a promising avenue for understanding its functional roles in health and disease, enhancing our potential for targeted therapeutic interventions.
