Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACSF3 (Acyl-CoA Synthetase Family Member 3) is a member of the acyl-CoA synthetase enzyme family, which plays a critical role in fatty acid metabolism by catalyzing the conversion of free fatty acids into their acyl-CoA derivatives. These acyl-CoA derivatives are essential for various metabolic pathways, including lipid biosynthesis and energy production. Research has indicated that ACSF3 may be involved in specific cellular functions, such as the regulation of energy homeostasis and the modulation of inflammatory responses. Given its potential implications in metabolism and disease, including obesity and metabolic syndromes, the recombinant expression of ACSF3 has garnered significant interest. Scientists are working to produce recombinant ACSF3 protein for biochemical characterization and functional studies, aiming to elucidate its specific enzymatic mechanisms and biological roles. Understanding the structure-function relationship of ACSF3 may also provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for metabolic disorders. Current studies focus on optimizing expression systems, assessing substrate specificity, and exploring the effects of ACSF3 on cellular metabolism in various model organisms. The insights gained from ACSF3 research could contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of metabolic regulation and its implications for human health.
