Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NXF3 is an essential member of the NXF family of nucleocytoplasmic transport receptors, which play a crucial role in the export of messenger RNA (mRNA) and other RNA species from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. Research has shown that NXF3 is involved in various cellular processes, including gene expression regulation and response to cellular stress. Its dysfunction has been associated with several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain cancers. Understanding the structure and function of NXF3 is critical for elucidating its role in RNA metabolism and potential implications for therapeutic interventions. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of NXF3 to facilitate the investigation of its biochemical properties, conformational changes, and interaction with other cellular proteins. By utilizing techniques such as X-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy, researchers aim to decipher the molecular mechanisms underlying NXF3's transport function and its regulatory role in mRNA dynamics. This research not only enhances our understanding of nucleocytoplasmic transport but also provides insights into the broader implications of RNA processing in health and disease.
