Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SIT1, or Suppressor of Immunity 1, is a protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses and has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. The study of SIT1 recombinant protein is primarily motivated by its ability to modulate T cell activity, which is vital for maintaining immune homeostasis. Researchers have been investigating the structural and functional characteristics of SIT1 to understand how it interacts with various immune cell receptors and signaling pathways. Additionally, the production of SIT1 as a recombinant protein provides an opportunity to explore its therapeutic potential and applications in immunotherapy. By elucidating the mechanisms through which SIT1 influences immune cell behavior, scientists aim to develop novel treatment strategies that could enhance or suppress immune responses, depending on the clinical context. This research is particularly relevant in the development of vaccines, as SIT1 may offer insights into improving the efficacy of immune responses. Furthermore, its involvement in tumor microenvironments raises questions about its role in cancer progression and metastasis, highlighting the need for detailed studies of this protein's behavior in both healthy and diseased states. As such, SIT1 stands at the frontier of immunological research, with promising avenues for translational applications that could benefit patients in the future.
