Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NRD1 is a protein that serves as a critical regulator of gene expression in various biological processes, particularly in the context of cellular stress responses and development. As a member of the non-coding RNA surveillance pathway, it plays a significant role in the regulation of mRNA stability and degradation, thus influencing cellular homeostasis. The research surrounding NRD1 has gained momentum due to its implications in understanding fundamental cellular mechanisms and its potential link to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Scientists are increasingly interested in the recombinant production of NRD1 to elucidate its functional properties and interactions at the molecular level. This recombinant protein enables detailed studies, such as crystallography and binding assays, which are crucial for understanding its structural attributes and mechanisms of action. Furthermore, the generation of NRD1 recombinant protein facilitates the exploration of its therapeutic potential, as modulation of its activity might offer novel strategies for disease intervention. Overall, the study of NRD1 and its recombinant form is pivotal in advancing our knowledge of gene regulation and developing innovative approaches to tackle health challenges linked to its dysregulation.
