Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATP11B is a member of the P-type ATPase family and plays a crucial role in the transport of phospholipids across cellular membranes, particularly in the context of immune cell function and development. Recent studies have indicated that ATP11B is vital for the proper functioning of immune responses, especially in maintaining the integrity of the plasma membrane and regulating cellular signaling pathways. Mutations or dysregulation of ATP11B have been associated with various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Given its importance in phospholipid transport and immune cell biology, the recombinant expression of ATP11B has garnered significant interest. Researchers are focusing on producing ATP11B as a recombinant protein to better understand its structure, function, and the molecular mechanisms underlying its role in health and disease. This work includes exploring its interactions with other proteins and lipids, utilizing techniques such as X-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy. The insights gained from these studies may pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating ATP11B activity for treating various diseases, making it a significant focus of contemporary biomedical research.
