Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SH3GL2, a gene encoding a protein involved in endocytosis and intracellular trafficking, has garnered attention in recent years due to its role in cell membrane dynamics and signal transduction. This protein is particularly significant in the context of various cellular processes, including the regulation of synaptic vesicle recycling and the modulation of receptor-mediated endocytosis. Mutations and dysregulation of SH3GL2 have been implicated in several pathological conditions, including neurological disorders and cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Researchers have focused on the production of recombinant SH3GL2 protein to facilitate the study of its structure and function. Understanding its interactions with other cellular components, such as clathrin and dynamin, may provide insights into the mechanisms underlying endosomal trafficking and the cellular responses to external stimuli. Given the increasing interest in membrane dynamics and their implications in disease, the recombinant SH3GL2 protein serves as a valuable tool for elucidating the functional roles of this protein in both health and disease, paving the way for future therapeutic strategies.
