Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NFX1, a nuclear factor associated with the X chromosome, plays a critical role in regulating gene expression and maintaining cellular homeostasis. This protein has garnered attention due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including the response to stress, transcriptional regulation, and viral defense mechanisms. Research has demonstrated that NFX1 can interact with multiple co-regulators and transcription factors, influencing the expression of target genes related to immune responses, apoptosis, and cell cycle regulation. Additionally, abnormal expression or mutations in NFX1 have been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The recombinant form of NFX1 allows for detailed studies of its structure-function relationships, signaling pathways, and interactions with other molecular partners. By elucidating the functional dynamics of NFX1, researchers aim to uncover its potential as a therapeutic target and contribute to our understanding of its role in disease pathology. Overall, the investigation into NFX1 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing knowledge in molecular biology and developing innovative treatments for conditions associated with its dysregulation.
