Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SDCBP2, or Syndecan-binding protein 2, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and signaling, which are essential for normal tissue development and homeostasis. Researchers have identified SDCBP2 as a significant player in several pathological conditions, such as cancer metastasis and fibrosis. The study of SDCBP2 is particularly relevant due to its interactions with syndecans, a family of heparan sulfate proteoglycans that are involved in modulating cell-matrix interactions and signaling pathways. Given its potential as a therapeutic target, understanding the molecular mechanisms of SDCBP2 and its interactions with syndecans could provide insights into novel treatment strategies for diseases characterized by aberrant cell behavior. The production of recombinant SDCBP2 protein has enabled researchers to study its structural and functional properties in detail, facilitating the exploration of its role in cellular dynamics. Continued investigation into SDCBP2 could reveal its potential as a biomarker for disease progression and a target for therapeutic interventions.
