Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on SDCBP (syndecan-binding protein) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their crucial role in cellular signaling, adhesion, and migration. SDCBP is known to interact with syndecans, a family of membrane-associated heparan sulfate proteoglycans that participate in various biological processes, including development, wound healing, and cancer progression. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which SDCBP influences syndecan signaling and functions could provide insights into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. The production of recombinant SDCBP proteins is essential for conducting detailed biochemical and biophysical studies, as well as for developing assays to evaluate its functional roles in cellular contexts. Additionally, the ability to manipulate SDCBP levels may offer novel strategies for modulating syndecan-related pathways in research and therapeutic applications. Thus, the exploration of SDCBP recombinant proteins stands at the intersection of cell biology and therapeutic development, promising advancements in understanding syndecan-mediated processes in health and disease.
