Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CTNND1, or Catenin Delta 1, is a pivotal protein involved in key cellular processes such as cell adhesion, signaling, and transcriptional regulation. As a crucial component of the cadherin-catenin complex, CTNND1 plays a significant role in maintaining cell-cell interactions and tissue integrity. Dysregulation of CTNND1 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where its altered expression or mutations can lead to increased cell proliferation and metastasis. The study of CTNND1 recombinant proteins is essential for understanding its biological functions and molecular mechanisms. Recombinant CTNND1 can be used to investigate its interactions with other cellular molecules, assess its role in the Wnt signaling pathway, and explore its impact on embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. Furthermore, producing and characterizing CTNND1 in a recombinant form allows researchers to develop potential therapeutic strategies targeting its pathway in diseases. Therefore, comprehensive studies on CTNND1, including structural analysis, functional assays, and its role in pathology, are fundamental to elucidating its contributions to cell biology and disease progression.
