Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NME1 and NME2 are members of the nucleotide diphosphate kinase (NDPK) family, which play crucial roles in cellular processes by catalyzing the transfer of phosphate groups from nucleoside triphosphates to nucleoside diphosphates. These proteins are involved in various cellular functions, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Their dysregulation has been implicated in the progression of several diseases, particularly cancer, where they can affect tumor cell dynamics and metastatic potential. Given their significance in cellular metabolism and disease pathology, the study of NME1-NME2 recombinant proteins has garnered attention as a means to elucidate their functional roles and interactions. Research efforts focus on characterizing these proteins' biochemical properties, understanding their signaling pathways, and exploring their potential as therapeutic targets. Moreover, recombinant expression systems allow for the production of NME1-NME2 proteins in sufficient quantities for in vitro studies, enabling detailed investigations into their structure-function relationships and enzymatic activities. The insights gained from these studies can contribute to the development of novel strategies for cancer treatment and improved understanding of metabolic disorders associated with NME dysfunction.
