Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADD3 (Adducin 3) is a member of the adducin protein family, which plays a crucial role in the organization of the cytoskeleton and the regulation of ion channels and cell signaling. Research on ADD3 has gained attention due to its potential involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including synaptic plasticity, neuronal development, and cancer progression. Studies have indicated that ADD3 is implicated in the stabilization of cell membranes and cytoskeletal structures, influencing cell shape, adhesion, and motility. Moreover, aberrant expression or mutations in ADD3 have been linked to several diseases, such as neurological disorders and certain types of cancer, making it a promising candidate for therapeutic target exploration. The study of ADD3 recombinant proteins has facilitated a deeper understanding of its structure-function relationship, enabling researchers to investigate its specific interactions with other cellular components. Through biophysical and biochemical methods, scientists aim to unravel the functional mechanisms of ADD3 in cellular processes, which could provide insights into its role in disease states and identify novel strategies for intervention. Overall, research on ADD3 recombinant proteins is vital for elucidating the complex biological roles of this protein and its implications in health and disease.
