  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

Nfil3, also known as Nuclear Factor Interleukin 3 Regulated Protein, plays a critical role in the regulation of immune responses and hematopoietic development. It is a basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factor that governs the expression of various genes involved in lymphocyte differentiation and function. Research into Nfil3 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in the immune system, particularly in the development and function of Natural Killer (NK) cells and other lymphocytes. Moreover, Nfil3 is crucial for maintaining the balance between immune activation and tolerance, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target in autoimmune diseases and cancers. Recent studies leveraging recombinant Nfil3 proteins have enabled scientists to investigate its structure, function, and interactions with other proteins more effectively. The production of recombinant Nfil3 facilitates the exploration of its signaling pathways and the identification of upstream regulators and downstream effectors, thereby providing insights into its multifaceted role in immune regulation. Consequently, the study of Nfil3 not only enhances our understanding of immune mechanisms but also opens avenues for developing innovative strategies in immunotherapy and disease treatment.
