稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NEUROG2, also known as neurogenin 2, is a vital transcription factor that plays a significant role in neurogenesis, particularly in the development of neuronal progenitor cells. It is encoded by the NEUROG2 gene and is crucial for the differentiation of neural precursor cells into mature neurons. Research on NEUROG2 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in neurodevelopmental disorders and regenerative medicine. Abnormal expression or mutations in the NEUROG2 gene are linked to various neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism spectrum disorders and schizophrenia, making it a target for understanding the underlying mechanisms of these diseases. Furthermore, NEUROG2 has garnered interest in stem cell research, as its forced expression can induce the conversion of pluripotent stem cells into neurons, providing a potential avenue for cellular therapy in neurodegenerative diseases. The generation of neurons from human pluripotent stem cells via NEUROG2 could revolutionize treatment strategies for conditions like Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and spinal cord injuries. As scientists continue to explore the pathways regulated by NEUROG2, there is an increasing focus on engineered proteins and gene editing techniques to manipulate its activity for therapeutic purposes. Overall, the research surrounding NEUROG2 and its recombinant protein forms not only enhances our understanding of brain development but also opens new doors for innovative treatments in neurology and psychiatry.
