Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLHDC1, or Kelch-like protein 1, is an intriguing protein that has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology and genetics due to its role in various cellular processes. Initially identified in studies focusing on the gene expression profiles of different tissues, KLHDC1 has been implicated in modulating apoptosis, cell cycle regulation, and immune responses. The protein is characterized by the presence of a Kelch motif, suggesting its potential role as a substrate for ubiquitination and involvement in protein-protein interactions. Recent research has highlighted its significance in certain diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, where it may influence tumor progression and neuronal health. As a result, KLHDC1 has emerged as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and prognosis, along with being a prospective target for novel therapeutic strategies. Ongoing studies aim to elucidate its precise biological functions, regulatory mechanisms, and the pathways it interacts with, which could offer insights into its contributions to cellular homeostasis and disease states. These investigations underscore the importance of understanding KLHDC1 in a broader biological context, paving the way for future research that explores its therapeutic potential and functional diversity within various physiological and pathological scenarios.
