Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACY2, or acylcytidine triphosphate hydrolase, is an essential enzyme implicated in the metabolism of cellular lipids and nucleotides, playing a critical role in human health and disease. Research on ACY2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including mitochondrial function and lipid homeostasis. Mutations in the ACY2 gene have been linked to metabolic disorders and certain pathologies, prompting a deeper investigation into its structure and function. The study of recombinant ACY2 protein aims to elucidate its enzymatic mechanisms and regulatory pathways, which could provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for metabolic syndromes and associated diseases. Furthermore, understanding the protein's activity and interactions at the molecular level has implications for drug design, as ACY2 may be a promising candidate for modulating lipid-related pathways. Through techniques such as protein expression, purification, and characterization, researchers are striving to unlock the therapeutic potential of ACY2 and establish its relevance in biomedical research, ultimately contributing to advancements in precision medicine.
