Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RhoB, a member of the Rho GTPase family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and cell adhesion. As a small GTP-binding protein, RhoB is known to regulate the actin cytoskeleton and influence cellular responses to extracellular signals, which are vital for normal development and functioning of cells. Research has indicated that RhoB is involved in several pathological conditions, including cancer progression and metastasis, where its expression often becomes dysregulated. In particular, studies have shown that RhoB can act as a tumor suppressor, with its loss being associated with increased tumor growth and spread. The study of recombinant RhoB protein has gained significant interest as it enables researchers to explore its biochemical properties, signaling pathways, and functional mechanisms in a controlled environment. By producing RhoB in a recombinant form, scientists can conduct in vitro assays to dissect its interactions with downstream effectors and upstream regulators, providing insights into its role in cellular behaviors. Moreover, understanding the structure-function relationship of RhoB through recombinant protein studies can lead to potential therapeutic interventions targeting RhoB signaling pathways in diseases, particularly in cancer treatment. Overall, the study of RhoB recombinant protein is pivotal for elucidating the complex regulatory networks involving RhoB, ultimately contributing to our understanding of cellular homeostasis and potential disease mechanisms.
