  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

The research on SD (signal-disordered) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to their potential applications in various biotechnological and pharmaceutical fields. SD proteins are characterized by their unique structural properties that arise from the presence of intrinsically disordered regions, which allow them to interact with multiple binding partners and perform diverse biological functions. This flexibility makes them essential in processes such as signal transduction, cellular regulation, and protein-protein interactions. Advances in genomic sequencing and structural biology have enabled the identification and characterization of numerous SD proteins across various organisms, leading to a deeper understanding of their roles in cellular mechanisms and disease pathways. Additionally, the development of recombinant DNA technology has facilitated the production and study of SD proteins in vitro, opening avenues for engineering novel proteins with desired functionalities. Researchers are particularly interested in harnessing these proteins for therapeutic applications, such as targeted drug delivery, enzyme replacement therapies, and the design of biosensors. As the understanding of SD proteins continues to grow, they hold promise for innovative solutions in medicine and biotechnology, making their study a dynamic and rapidly evolving field.
