Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IHPK3, or Inositol Hexakisphosphate Kinase 3, is an important enzyme involved in the phosphorylation of inositol phosphates, which play critical roles in various cellular processes including cell signaling, proliferation, and differentiation. This protein has garnered interest due to its involvement in metabolic pathways and potential implications in human diseases, particularly cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The study of recombinant IHPK3 is significant as it allows researchers to investigate its enzymatic activity, regulatory mechanisms, and the interplay with other cellular components. By producing IHPK3 in a recombinant form, scientists can explore its functional properties, analyze substrate specificity, and determine its role in signaling cascades. Additionally, understanding IHPK3's structure-function relationship can open up avenues for therapeutic interventions targeting its pathways. Given the importance of inositol phosphates in cellular physiology, the exploration of IHPK3 through recombinant protein studies has the potential to reveal new insights into cellular metabolism and disease mechanisms, paving the way for the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. As such, research on recombinant IHPK3 is pivotal in elucidating not only the fundamental biology of inositol phosphate metabolism but also its broader implications for health and disease.
