  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

MUM1L1, also known as Multiple Myeloma 1-like protein 1, is a recently identified protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including immune response and regulation of gene expression. Its significance has gained attention in the context of cancer research, particularly in multiple myeloma, where dysregulation of cellular pathways contributes to tumorigenesis. Studies have shown that MUM1L1 interacts with various key signaling molecules, suggesting its potential role in modulating therapeutic responses and disease progression. Understanding the functional mechanisms of MUM1L1 can provide valuable insights into the development of targeted therapies. Researchers aim to investigate its structure, expression patterns, and functional interactions with other proteins to elucidate its contribution to cell signaling networks and the pathophysiology of cancer. Given the rising incidence of multiple myeloma and its associated challenges in treatment, MUM1L1 represents a promising target for novel therapeutic strategies, making it an important focus for ongoing genetic and protein studies in the field of oncology.
