Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MTX3 (Methotrexate 3) recombinant protein research has garnered significant attention due to its potential therapeutic applications and its role in various biological processes. Methotrexate is a well-known antimetabolite used primarily in cancer and autoimmune disease treatments; however, the complexities associated with its mechanisms necessitate further elucidation of its molecular interactions. MTX3 has emerged as a critical player in mediating the cellular response to folate metabolism and dihydrofolate reductase inhibition. Researchers have been exploring the recombinant expression of MTX3 to better understand its structure-function relationships and biological activities. The recombinant protein facilitates the study of MTX3's interactions with specific cellular pathways, potentially unveiling new targets for drug development. Additionally, the ability to produce MTX3 in a controlled laboratory setting allows for high-throughput screening of therapeutic compounds and optimization of dosage regimens. Investigations into MTX3 have also advanced understanding of its role in cancer cell proliferation and immune response modulation, positioning it as a promising candidate for combination therapies. As the quest for more effective treatments continues, the detailed study of MTX3 recombinant protein offers vital insights into improving the efficacy and safety of existing therapeutics, ultimately contributing to the advancement of modern medicine.
