Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB24, a member of the RAS oncogene family, is a small GTPase that plays a crucial role in intracellular membrane trafficking and cellular signaling processes. It is particularly involved in the regulation of autophagy and endosomal pathways, which are essential for cellular homeostasis and response to stress. Recent studies have implicated RAB24 in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer progression, immune response, and neurodegenerative diseases. The interest in RAB24 as a potential therapeutic target has grown, as its dysregulation is associated with tumorigenesis and metastasis. Research on recombinant RAB24 proteins aims to elucidate its specific functions and interactions within cellular pathways. This involves the production of tagged RAB24 proteins to study their localization, binding partners, and mechanistic roles in vivo and in vitro. Understanding RAB24’s molecular mechanisms can provide insights into its contributions to disease and inform the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting this GTPase. Therefore, studying recombinant RAB24 proteins is not only vital for comprehending fundamental cell biology but also holds promise for translating findings into clinical applications.
