Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MRPS9, or Mitochondrial Ribosomal Protein S9, is a vital component of the mitochondrial ribosome, which plays a critical role in protein synthesis within mitochondrial organelles. Its significance has gained attention due to its involvement in various biological processes, including mitochondrial biogenesis, cellular metabolism, and the regulation of apoptosis. Mutations or dysregulation of MRPS9 have been linked to several mitochondrial diseases and may contribute to the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative disorders. Understanding the structure and function of MRPS9 is essential for elucidating its role in mitochondrial function and overall cellular health. Recent studies have utilized recombinant protein technology to produce MRPS9, enabling researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, interaction with mitochondrial RNA, and its impact on mitochondrial translation. This research is not only crucial for uncovering the molecular mechanisms of mitochondrial-related diseases but also holds potential for developing targeted therapeutic strategies aimed at restoring normal mitochondrial function. By elucidating the role of MRPS9 in the context of mitochondrial biology, scientists aim to contribute to the broader understanding of mitochondrial dysfunction and its implications in human health.
