Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCOA6, or Nuclear Receptor Coactivator 6, is a member of the coactivator family that plays a critical role in modulating gene expression in response to hormonal and environmental signals. It is involved in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and metabolism, and has been implicated in several diseases, such as cancer and metabolic disorders. Research into NCOA6 has gained significance due to its interactions with nuclear receptors and transcription factors, which are key regulators of cellular functions. Recent studies suggest that NCOA6 may influence the transcriptional activity of nuclear hormone receptors, thereby affecting the expression of genes involved in crucial pathways like inflammation and metabolism. Moreover, understanding the structural and functional properties of NCOA6, especially through the development of recombinant protein, is essential for elucidating its mechanisms of action. This knowledge can provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for diseases where NCOA6 is dysregulated. As researchers continue to explore the interactions and effects of NCOA6, its recombinant protein may serve as a valuable tool in drug discovery and the development of new treatment strategies.
