Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRTFDC1 (PRP31-related factor with a TDC1-like domain) is a gene that encodes a protein involved in essential cellular processes, including RNA metabolism and gene regulation. Research into PRTFDC1 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in various biological functions and pathological conditions. Studies have indicated that PRTFDC1 may play a role in the cell's response to stress and development, influencing processes such as splicing and transcriptional regulation. Given its association with critical cellular mechanisms, mutations or dysregulation of PRTFDC1 have been linked to certain diseases, including genetic disorders and cancers. Understanding the structure and function of the PRTFDC1 recombinant protein is crucial for elucidating its biological roles and developing therapeutic strategies. The production of recombinant PRTFDC1 facilitates detailed biochemical studies and structural analyses, enabling researchers to explore its interaction with RNA and other cellular components. This research not only contributes to a deeper understanding of RNA biology but also helps identify potential biomarkers for disease and avenues for targeted treatments. As the study of PRTFDC1 progresses, it is anticipated that it will uncover new insights into cellular dynamics and disease mechanisms, highlighting its significance in molecular biology and therapeutic research.
