稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EBNA1 (Epstein-Barr Nuclear Antigen 1) is a critical protein expressed by the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), which is associated with various human diseases, including infectious mononucleosis and several types of cancer, such as Burkitt lymphoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. EBNA1 plays a vital role in the viral life cycle by maintaining the viral genome in latently infected cells and regulating the transcription of other viral genes. Given its pivotal function in disease pathology, EBNA1 has emerged as a target for therapeutic interventions and vaccine development. Research into recombinant EBNA1 proteins has focused on elucidating their structural and functional properties, understanding their interactions with host cell mechanisms, and investigating their potential as biomarkers for EBV-associated diseases. The study of EBNA1 also provides insights into the virus's evasion of the host immune response, which is crucial for developing effective treatments. Current advancements in recombinant protein expression technologies have facilitated the production of high-purity EBNA1, allowing researchers to perform detailed biochemical assays and structural analyses. These efforts aim to leverage EBNA1's unique characteristics for the development of novel diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies against EBV-related conditions. As the prevalence of EBV is widespread, understanding EBNA1's molecular mechanisms is paramount, not only for advancing virology but also for improving public health outcomes related to EBV infections.
