Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PARP12 is a member of the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including DNA repair, gene expression regulation, and cellular stress responses. Its involvement in the cellular response to viral infections has garnered significant attention, as PARP12 has been shown to interact with viral components and modulate the antiviral response. Recent studies suggest that PARP12 may serve as a key regulator in the immune system, influencing the signaling pathways that lead to the production of type I interferons and other cytokines in response to pathogen invasion. Understanding the function and mechanism of PARP12 can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target for viral diseases and other pathogenic conditions. Additionally, the aberrant expression of PARP proteins, including PARP12, has been linked to various cancers, highlighting the need for further research into its role in tumorigenesis. The characterization of PARP12 as a recombinantly expressed protein allows researchers to probe its enzymatic activity and interactions in a controlled manner, facilitating studies aimed at elucidating its biological functions and therapeutic implications.
