Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MLLT6, also known as myeloid leukemia factor 6, is a member of the MLL (mixed-lineage leukemia) family of proteins, which are essential in normal hematopoiesis and play significant roles in leukemia development. The MLL gene is known for its involvement in chromosomal translocations that result in fusion proteins, leading to the promotion of leukemogenesis. MLLT6 has garnered research interest due to its role as a cofactor in MLL fusion oncogenes, contributing to the aberrant transcriptional programs that drive the proliferation and survival of leukemia cells. Studies have shown that MLLT6 can influence the epigenetic landscape and transcriptional regulation in hematopoietic cells, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which MLLT6 operates can provide valuable insights into the development of targeted therapies for leukemia, enhancing treatment efficacy and reducing side effects. Ongoing research aims to elucidate the precise roles of MLLT6 in both normal and malignant cell contexts, focusing on its interactions with other proteins and its involvement in chromatin remodeling and gene expression regulation. As a result, MLLT6 represents a critical area of study in the field of cancer biology, with implications for improving therapeutic strategies in hematological malignancies.
