Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCDC174, also known as coiled-coil domain-containing protein 174, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease associations. This protein is part of the coiled-coil domain-containing family, which is known for mediating protein-protein interactions that are critical for various biological functions, including cellular signaling, structural stability, and regulation of gene expression. Research has indicated that CCDC174 may be implicated in pathways related to cell proliferation and differentiation, and alterations in its expression or function could be linked to diseases such as cancer. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of CCDC174 at a molecular level could provide insights into its biological roles and the mechanisms underlying its involvement in pathological conditions. As a result, the recombinant expression of CCDC174 has become a focus of investigation, enabling researchers to explore its functions, interactions, and potential as a therapeutic target. This ongoing research may pave the way for novel approaches in the treatment of diseases related to dysregulation of CCDC174 and advance our overall understanding of coiled-coil domain-containing proteins in human health and disease.
