Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The Gi24 recombinant protein, derived from the human Gi protein family, has drawn significant attention in the field of molecular biology and biochemistry due to its critical role in various signaling pathways. Gi proteins, known for their involvement in mediating inhibitory signaling for G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs), play a pivotal role in numerous physiological processes, including neurotransmission, immune responses, and cellular growth regulation. Gi24, as a specific isoform, has been implicated in modulating pathways that affect cell fate and proliferation, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research on the Gi24 recombinant protein focuses on understanding its structure-function relationships, interaction with other cellular components, and its overall influence on signaling networks. By deciphering these mechanisms, scientists aim to leverage Gi24's properties to develop novel strategies for drug discovery and disease treatment, highlighting its significance as a biomarker and therapeutic target in modern medicine.
