Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CUL3 (Cullin 3) is a key component of the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which plays a pivotal role in regulating various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and response to stress. It functions as a scaffold protein that assembles E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes, facilitating the ubiquitination of target proteins for degradation. Research on CUL3 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in numerous biological pathways and its implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Notably, mutations or dysregulation of CUL3-related pathways have been associated with tumorigenesis, making it a potential therapeutic target. The characterization of CUL3 recombinant proteins has allowed for detailed studies on its interaction with other proteins and its functional mechanisms within the cell. Through the use of techniques such as molecular cloning, expression in heterologous systems, and biochemical assays, researchers aim to elucidate the structural and functional properties of CUL3 and its associated proteins. This research not only enhances our understanding of protein degradation pathways but also opens avenues for developing novel therapeutic strategies that could manipulate CUL3 function in pathological conditions. As the field of protein homeostasis continues to expand, elucidating the roles of CUL3 and its complexes remains critical for advancing our knowledge of cellular regulation and for devising interventions in diseases linked to proteolytic dysregulation.
