Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MGC31957 is a recombinant protein derived from the human gene coding for the growth hormone receptor. Its study stems from the increasing interest in understanding the mechanisms of growth hormone signaling and its implications in various physiological processes and diseases. Growth hormone (GH) plays a pivotal role in regulating growth, metabolism, and overall homeostasis through its interaction with specific receptors. Abnormalities in GH signaling can lead to growth disorders, metabolic diseases, and even certain types of cancer. MGC31957 provides a valuable tool for researchers to investigate the structure-function relationship of the growth hormone receptor, explore its role in signal transduction pathways, and assess the potential for therapeutic applications. Additionally, the recombinant nature of MGC31957 allows for high-yield production and easier manipulation compared to native proteins, facilitating its use in experimental assays. The insights gained from the research surrounding MGC31957 not only contribute to our understanding of GH biology but also have potential implications for the development of targeted therapies for disorders linked to GH signaling dysregulation. Through studies of MGC31957, researchers aim to elucidate the intricacies of GH receptor interactions and signaling cascades, ultimately paving the way for advancements in clinical approaches to treat related diseases.
