Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABCA9, a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various physiological and pathological processes. Research suggests that ABCA9 is involved in lipid metabolism, immune responses, and cellular signaling. Notably, its expression has been linked to certain cancers, where it may contribute to tumor progression and metastasis. Since ABCA9's functions remain largely elusive, developing recombinant proteins that express ABCA9 can provide valuable insights into its biochemical mechanisms and therapeutic potential. The study of ABCA9's structure and function may also reveal information about the interaction of ABC transporters with other cellular components, thereby enhancing our understanding of their roles in health and disease. As such, the generation and characterization of ABCA9 recombinant proteins represent a crucial step in elucidating the complex biology of this transporter and its implications in translational research and clinical applications.
