Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MEA1 (Mature Epidermal Alkaline Phosphatase 1) is a protein that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. As an isoform of alkaline phosphatase, MEA1 plays a crucial role in dephosphorylation, a process that is vital for cellular signaling and metabolic pathways. Research has indicated that MEA1 is involved in skin development, bone mineralization, and wound healing, making it a significant focus for studies related to tissue regeneration and repair. Moreover, abnormal expression levels of MEA1 have been linked to certain pathological conditions, including skin disorders and cancers, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for disease diagnosis and progression. The recombinant production of MEA1 protein allows researchers to explore its functional roles in vitro and in vivo, offering insights into its enzymatic activity and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the mechanisms governing MEA1 activity could pave the way for novel strategies in regenerative medicine and targeted therapies for disease management. Thus, the study of MEA1 recombinant protein represents a promising frontier for both scientific inquiry and clinical advancements, with the goal of harnessing its biological properties for improved health outcomes.
