Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EPRS (glutamyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase) is a multi-functional enzyme that plays a crucial role in protein synthesis by charging tRNA with amino acids. Beyond its primary function in translation, EPRS is also implicated in various cellular processes, including stress response, inflammation, and immune regulation. Researchers have increasingly focused on EPRS due to its involvement in critical biological pathways and its potential as a therapeutic target. Abnormalities in EPRS expression and function have been linked to several diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders, underscoring the need for a deeper understanding of its mechanisms. Additionally, the enzyme's unique structural features and catalytic properties make it an attractive candidate for biotechnological applications. Recent studies employing advanced techniques such as x-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy have provided insights into the enzyme's structure-function relationship, revealing how its distinct domains contribute to both its tRNA synthetase activity and its regulatory roles. As the prevalence of diseases associated with EPRS continues to rise, ongoing investigations aim to elucidate its full range of functions, paving the way for potential interventions that could mitigate its pathological implications.
