  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

PDAP1 (Phospholipase D-Associated Protein 1) is a crucial intracellular protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cytoskeletal dynamics, and membrane trafficking. Recent studies have highlighted PDAP1's involvement in cellular responses to stress and its regulation of apoptosis, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. As a reorganization of PDAP1 through recombinant technologies, researchers aim to produce the protein in sufficient quantities for detailed functional analyses. These studies may provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying its functions and interactions with phospholipase D and other cellular components. Understanding the structure and activity of PDAP1 could shed light on its potential role as a biomarker or therapeutic target, paving the way for novel treatments that leverage its regulatory functions in disease contexts. This research underscores the importance of elucidating the biological significance of PDAP1 and its broader implications in health and disease.
