Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAGEA2B is a member of the melanoma-associated antigens (MAGE) family, which are known for their roles in cancer biology, particularly in melanoma and other tumors. These proteins are characterized by their ability to elicit specific immune responses, making them attractive targets for cancer immunotherapy. Research has shown that MAGEA2B is selectively expressed in various malignancies and not in normal tissues, highlighting its potential as a tumor-associated antigen. The study of MAGEA2B recombinant proteins focuses on understanding its structure, function, and interaction with immune cells, paving the way for the development of MAGEA2B-targeted therapies. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technologies allow for the production and characterization of MAGEA2B, facilitating the exploration of its immunogenic properties. These studies aim to harness the immune system's ability to recognize and attack cancer cells expressing MAGEA2B, contributing to the design of personalized cancer vaccines and adoptive T cell therapies. As the field of cancer immunotherapy continues to evolve, MAGEA2B represents a promising candidate for novel therapeutic strategies, with the potential to improve patient outcomes and enhance the efficacy of existing treatment modalities. Understanding the biological role of MAGEA2B will also provide insights into tumor biology and the development of new diagnostic tools, reinforcing its significance in oncological research.
