稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OBFC1, or oligodendrocyte transcription factor 1, plays a crucial role in DNA replication and repair processes, particularly in the context of the maintenance and stability of the genome. Recent studies have indicated that OBFC1 functions as a single-stranded DNA-binding protein, which is essential for the synthesis and stabilization of telomeres, thus contributing to cellular longevity and stability. Dysregulation of OBFC1 has been associated with various genetic disorders and age-related diseases, making it a compelling target for research. The understanding of OBFC1's structure and function is pivotal for unveiling its role in cellular mechanisms and could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies. Recombinant OBFC1 protein can be synthesized and analyzed to investigate its binding properties, interactions with other proteins, and its impact on DNA repair pathways. This research is vital not only for fundamental biological insights but also for its implications in cancer biology, as enhanced or impaired OBFC1 activity may influence tumor development and progression.
