Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The PLCb3 (phospholipase C beta 3) protein is part of the phospholipase C family, which plays a crucial role in the phosphoinositide signaling pathway, a key mechanism in cellular signaling and communication. Research on PLCb3 is significant due to its involvement in various physiological processes, including cellular proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of PLCb3 has been implicated in numerous diseases, particularly in cancer and neurological disorders. For instance, its aberrant expression levels can affect signal transduction pathways linked to tumor development and progression. The study of PLCb3, particularly its recombinant forms, is essential for understanding its function within cells and the mechanisms by which it contributes to disease pathology. The recombinant protein can be utilized in biochemical assays and structural studies to elucidate its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and interactions with other signaling molecules. Additionally, the PLcb3 recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for drug discovery and therapeutic development, providing insights into potential inhibitors that may target PLCb3's action in disease contexts. Overall, the investigation of PLCb3 recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of normal cellular functions but also paves the way for innovative treatments for related diseases.
