Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LZTS2 (Leucine Zipper Tumor Suppressor 2) is a gene that has garnered attention in cancer research due to its proposed role as a tumor suppressor. Located on chromosome 3p21.3, a region frequently altered in various cancers, LZTS2 is involved in regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis. Studies have indicated that LZTS2 interacts with key molecular pathways, influencing tumorigenesis and cellular response to stress. Its downregulation or loss has been associated with several malignant tumors, including lung and breast cancer, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression and prognosis. The investigation of LZTS2 recombinant protein aims to elucidate its functional mechanisms and interactions at the molecular level, providing insights into its role in cancer biology. By producing and characterizing the LZTS2 protein, researchers hope to uncover its potential therapeutic implications, such as restoring its function in cancer cells or developing targeted treatments that leverage its tumor-suppressive properties. Overall, the study of LZTS2 and its recombinant form is crucial for understanding its contribution to oncogenesis and may lead to novel strategies for cancer intervention.
