Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUDT3 is a member of the Nudix hydrolase family, known for playing essential roles in cellular metabolism by hydrolyzing various nucleotides. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of NUDT3 in the regulation of cellular stress responses and the modulation of signaling pathways related to energy metabolism. NUDT3 has garnered attention for its potential implications in cancer biology, given its involvement in nucleotide homeostasis and the regulation of metabolic processes that are often dysregulated in cancer cells. Additionally, emerging evidence suggests that NUDT3 may influence the levels of pyrophosphate and other nucleotides, thereby affecting cellular signaling mechanisms and apoptosis. Understanding the biochemical properties and biological functions of NUDT3 could provide insights into its role in various diseases and present novel therapeutic targets. Researchers are actively investigating the structural and functional aspects of this enzyme to better appreciate its contributions to cellular health and disease mechanisms.
