Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of bioB recombinant protein is rooted in the broader context of biochemistry and molecular biology, focusing on the understanding and application of enzymatic functions in microbial metabolism. bioB encodes a biotin synthase enzyme found in various microorganisms, which plays a crucial role in the biosynthesis of biotin, an essential cofactor for numerous carboxylase enzymes involved in metabolic processes. Research on bioB and its recombinant protein has significant implications for biotechnology, as biotin is vital for cellular growth and function. By exploring the properties and applications of recombinant bioB, scientists aim to enhance biotin production in microbial systems, improve processes in agricultural biotechnology, and develop novel biocatalysts with industrial applications. The production of bioB recombinant protein can also facilitate studies on enzyme mechanisms and enzyme engineering, leading to potential advancements in metabolic engineering and synthetic biology. Furthermore, studying bioB provides insights into the evolutionary adaptations of microorganisms, contributing to our understanding of microbial ecology and evolution. Overall, the research surrounding bioB recombinant protein not only advances basic scientific knowledge but also paves the way for practical applications in various fields, including agriculture, food production, and pharmaceuticals.
